Coffee
2 scrambled eggs
2 slices of toasted rye bread, 2 slices of toasted wheat bread
Oatmeal with cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, chia seeds, baobab/barley powder, peanut butter, and honey.

kale and avocado sandwich on toasted whole wheat. on the weekends ill make the kale with 3-4 egg whites.

sometimes i might just make an acai, banana and strawberry smoothie if i have fresh fruits.

I do a nectarine or an apple when I get up at 6:30 then a shake with protein, coconut oil and blueberries and water after the gym when I get to work at 9. \

Coconut oil separates in the shake and is :scusthov: but my doctor and my coli brahs told me it was a good look :ehh:
