Usually some Oats/Wheat/Granola with a banana and some coffee (black).

Was doing the whole 4 egg whites/protein shake in the morning as well but trying to cut up not bulk out. I've also found that I was less full and could enjoy my lunch 2/3 hours later better which helps with maintaining the 4/5 meals a day regime.

It changes week to week. I can't stick with the same breakfast for more than 5-7 days.

Right now it's Special K Protein Cereal + milk, and a banana.

My wife always blends up veggies and fruit in our ninja blender so I drink a glass of that mixed with a 1/4 cup flax milk right before I leave to work. Then I fill up my water glass at work and chug one or two cups. The day's we don't have juice made I stop at 7/11 and get a red bull and buffalo chicken.
