Wings won 4 cups in 11 yrs . I'd say 97-08 was their run right after losing to the jersey devils in 95. Some of those teams listed only got 1 title or never went back to back

Meanwhile, you have people in here arguing that the Spurs weren't a dynasty because they never won back-to-back titles.
By that logic, the 80s Celtics weren't a dynasty, either.

They won every SB by an average of like 4 points with multiple game winning FGs. And came out of a dogshyt division for most of that run.

I don’t have an issue with it. I said earlier in this thread that their biggest wins were also frequently defined by their opponents melting down in the most incomprehensible ways that were always entirely unforced and yeah they had a huge built in advantage by sharing the division with the bills, dolphins, and jets. All 3 of those teams went through 4-5 coaches each and 10-12 quarterbacks each during those years. That was 4-6 easy wins every year that could be circled when the schedule came out.
First of all, true dynasties defend their title three times in a row or better so outside of the Kobe/Shaq Lakers all of the other teams named are at best imperfect dynasties and at worst not dynasties at all.
The refs favor KC but this Super Bowl was fairly cleanChiefs had plot armor.

Them winning the SB last year was a straight up business decision. Refs made sure they walked out with that trophy. Had to make sure the Swifties feel good.
They did the same shyt for Tom Brady.
