Essential what physique are you ultimately trying to achieve?

Most definitely, see last time I did barbell curls arm was hurting for like 3 or 4 days strait, I couldnt hold my shyt up for a long period or extend it all tha way straight. I did 80lbs 5 sets of 15reps. I ain't fucced wit it sense. But I am gone start bac since I reached my bench goal. Right now I mainly do bench, push ups, crunches, or bicycle situps. Ima def start incorporating more activities into my regimen tho.

Bicep doms are something serious. I didn't train for about a month recently specially arms and then I went in with barbell curls and my arm was fukked up for 4-5 days also. shyt was horrible but you need to keep it consistent otherwise you'll experience those doms again. Legs and bicep doms are the worse.

I’m a novice at differentiating the differences. What’s the tell tale signs that he(and other steroid users) aren’t naturals. Is it the veins?

Me personally, I would say veins(veins are gonna sticc out from working out regardless but not like that), and just how over tha top that shyt look. Now take a look at
Formerly build then take a look at tha other nicca Mike build, and you can see who shyt look natural and who shyt look like "fuc it I'm on sumn"

Props for the comparison. That pic right there was where I was working out 5 days a week and really trying hard to watch what I ate, near the best I have looked and pic was post workout. The strength Mike has and his build to me says he takes something, what he takes I dont know enough about all that but I would lean towards he takes something.

And what supplements(if any) do you think helped you the most?

At that point I was doing different muscle group each day, and diet consisted of quite high protein and I was using protein shakes...I stopped using Protein shakes about February this year, to force myself to eat better food which is kinda working for me. I used to worry about losing muscle/weight so would always use protein shakes to help with that but now I feel I am holding my weight/muscle better, maybe my metabolism is slowing down now with age :mjcry:

When I was using Protein shakes I was tighter, but I dont miss not having them now. I have more good carbs in my diet these days and I don't feel bad for it to be honest. I will send an updated pic in next 2-3 weeks with current training plan

Man, I'm afraid of losing muscle as well. I use whey shakes once a day and eat Salmon and rice. But it's hard for me to get a nice tapered similar to yours, without having me lose so much mass and look "skinny/athletic" rather than "athletic/swole" like your physique. I'm guessing you substituted multiple meals a day for protein shakes. How many meals did you ingest per day?

But it's hard for me to get a nice tapered similar to yours, without having me lose so much mass and look "skinny/athletic" rather than "athletic/swole" like your physique. I think for a long time I was taking Protein shakes just because.....I used to take 1 in the morning as I never like to eat first thing, and then one post workout. Rarely if ever more than 2 a day shakes.

Day in day out I eat Oats in morning, snack on fruit mid morning, Lunch can be whatever but will contain some meat or good source of protein, then mid afternoon it can be some wholewheat pitta with hummus or maybe peanut butter/jelly sandwich, then Gym, then my dinner which is always pretty clean.

When I really watch what I eat i.e for vacation, summer time I clean up on eating chocolate, and sugary stuff and increase my protein but that is when I am really on the ball and not my day in day out life.

I wish I could eat 5 solid meals a day and I think it would help me even more but I struggle with prepping meals.

I also drink nothing but Water typically in the day...1 cup of coffee mid morning but then just water water water. I always wanted to be 200Lbs but I max out at 196lbs and right now I am about 190-192lbs. I have accepted that is my weight and getting to 200lbs is just to much for me and the way I am I couldnt maintain it without making changes such as eating more and at the right times and the right food etc.

It's funny how that is. We all have our own personal goals. I'm trying to max out where your physique is at(Your physique in that photo is about as perfect as one can get Natty), but you have just come to grips with the fact that 200lbs may be too much for you and that's where you're trying to max out. But many folks would kill to be even half of where you're at.
