Most definitely, see last time I did barbell curls arm was hurting for like 3 or 4 days strait, I couldnt hold my shyt up for a long period or extend it all tha way straight. I did 80lbs 5 sets of 15reps. I ain't fucced wit it sense. But I am gone start bac since I reached my bench goal. Right now I mainly do bench, push ups, crunches, or bicycle situps. Ima def start incorporating more activities into my regimen tho.
Bicep doms are something serious. I didn't train for about a month recently specially arms and then I went in with barbell curls and my arm was fukked up for 4-5 days also. shyt was horrible but you need to keep it consistent otherwise you'll experience those doms again. Legs and bicep doms are the worse.
