@Bodie's Durag watcho bench press lookin like?
Say it ain’t so
Separate days, I have tried the full body each time but I feel like I am not giving each muscle enough work. I have been adding 2 tricep workouts to end of chest, and 2 biceps to end of Back just because I know a full arm day may not happen due to time and if I can miss one body group day it would be arms.
Do you do full body each time? If so how is it for you? What are you workouts?
umm i havent really been in the gym like that lately (ive been doing body weight/plyometrics) but last time, i maxed out @ about 190-195. I threw that shyt up a few times, not no one time thing tho@Bodie's Durag watcho bench press lookin like?

you stick to it, you gon be cut up quite a bit. U aint got alot of fat on you, so itll be easier to for your muscle to show through. You gon be hittin tho. You gon have that Bruce Lee. Just dont neglect yo legs, you aint gon like the result.mayne I'm tryna get like you mayne, drop a nicca then ride off ina sunset wit my locs swangin. I realli cant wait to see where I'm at in December tho.

Just alot of basic shyt. Pushups (inclined), situps, heel raisers, planks, dips, pull ups, hanging knee tucks. Like i squat as well, but i just use a kettlebell now, instead of using a barbell. I dont need all that weight, i just try to use the motion to get my legs in shapeHopefully, if not fuc it, long as I stay improving I'm grateful to even have made it this far. I couldnt imagine reaching 200. I just started working bac out in march, then I took April off for school, started bac mid may, now I'm here. I did some squats for tha first time ina min earlier this week. Knee was kinna hurtin but its coo, nicca shaking that rust off. What kinna plyometrics u be doin? Ion realli know 2 much about that
We need yo workout dawg

Current workout schedule is
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Row/stair master/and Bike. 1 hour training total.
Wednesday:Chest/Back
Thursday: more rowing, sometimes for speed sometimes just distance.
Friday: shoulders/Arms.
Core is done Mon, Wed, Friday.
Calfs done post training most days.
I feel like training like this is increasing my cardiovascular and I am not losing size which I was afraid I would when cutting down from 5 lifting days.
Yea that's solid. That Tuesday & Thursday must be how you got yo abs like that. Do you do hella barbell curls?
My Abs are luckily for me genetics, I've always been a skinny dude but added muscle so abs have always been visible. Tuesday and Thursday workouts definitely help with my abs though.
Arms are the muscle that grow quick time for me and my legs/calfs don't build as quickly. Barbell curls are the king for biceps imo, I also love incline dumbbell curls.
