My goal for this year/summer was ab definition, but I'm probably not gonna get there. I'm just focusing on lifting/maintaining for right now. That upper thigh/overall fat content is killing my soul though. I've got some srs work to do.

looking veiny don't rep too failure or go to high on reps except for the glute (could use some work) and leg area and once those areas are big enough then you can lower the reps there too.
