hey with anything its whatever works...plenty of ways to skin a cat

but cardio is an effective way to cut bodyfat levels...but personally you seem fine to me and your most likely eating right

but still do some glute work...all skinny females should target that area

i was 130 3 mnths outta jail in this pic. i had curves, a flat stomach and muscles.
the pic dont show that much though...im not posting graphic ones
ive since dropped down to about 113. smh. Im still a little bottom heavy but i lost my muscles and bulk. i need to gain weight and i cant for some reason. :sadbron:

you dont appear skinny, and your BF is probably around 19-20% in that pic

women's ideal(model's, i aint gassing you so dont get that idea :rudy: ) is 18% BF

just workout and eat like a normal person :manny:

EDIT just saw that you were 130 in that pic and lighter now, well still workout, but up your cals slightly

use the mirror as your guide. Im at a point now that i take weekly progress pics for my own reference(always the same poses)

i have to push weights to achieve what i want and right now i cant dedicate the time and money into going to a gym. so even though i have a nice shape i want more bulk...(my ass mainly)
some girls gain weight in certain areas. i was blessed with it all going to the bottom part of me. my top has always been petite and im a full c cup when im 130. being 113 im missing some bulk i would like to have in muscle tone. my arms/thighs/and ass is the only thing i work at a gym.
i hate running. fukk that shyt. and i hate eliptical machines.
ill do a stairmaster or bike, buts thats it. i like pushing weights the most.

That's pretty much my body shape already...although my boobs are a bit more massive. anyway she's my IDEAL. :bow:

so youre trying to achieve what you already have? but want smaller breasts??
