You in the same boat as me . 6’6 230....just up your cardio . Since I upped my cardio I’ve went from 38” pants to now at 35” in two months . Stomach def deflating . As you get in better shape the harder it is to burn cals so for me making that effort to constantly increase cardio is key .Started doing more pull ups/dips too .@Maluma I'm 6'4 225. I've been working out since I was about 12 but it's been real inconsistent since my mid 20s. Workout a month or two then get lazy.
My physique would actually be pretty nice if I got rid of the fat around my stomach. Chest, arms and shoulders look pretty good but that layer of fat on my stomach got me looking at myself like . I've been doing calisthenics and running for the past month and I'm starting to see some results. What should I do to burn fat while not losing a whole lot of muscle if any? I'm not concerned with losing weight because with my height and muscle mass, I'm pretty sure that even if I was totally lean I'd still be about 210-215.
I can tell everything working cuz both my homegirls who hadn’t seen me since March said I looked like I lost weight . Fact is I’m basically the same weight just more toned .
