This the goal summer 2021, cut back down to this high 180s. Currently sitting at 206. Might just say fukk it and start bulking now. We’ll see how it goes.
Still trying to figure out if it’s even worth the cut if I’m trying to get the fullness for next year.
Just gotta get the diet in check. I’ve been stacking up on satellite cells from high reps too.
Once I hit this in the summer I’m gonna bulk recomp to as high as 220 beginning Jan 2022 and hopefully end up with the same fullness and body fat as breh come summer 2022
Areas I’m targeting:
-Lower pecs
-Core (abs+obliques)
-Biceps
-Forearms
-Triceps
-Rhomboids+undertrained upper back muscles
How do you get shredded? Is it mostly diet? I wanna look like that too but I’m not doing something right
