Essential what physique are you ultimately trying to achieve?

This the goal summer 2021, cut back down to this high 180s. Currently sitting at 206. Might just say fukk it and start bulking now. We’ll see how it goes.

Still trying to figure out if it’s even worth the cut if I’m trying to get the fullness for next year.



Just gotta get the diet in check. I’ve been stacking up on satellite cells from high reps too.

Once I hit this in the summer I’m gonna bulk recomp to as high as 220 beginning Jan 2022 and hopefully end up with the same fullness and body fat as breh come summer 2022

Areas I’m targeting:

-Lower pecs

-Core (abs+obliques)

-Biceps

-Forearms

-Triceps

-Rhomboids+undertrained upper back muscles


How do you get shredded? Is it mostly diet? I wanna look like that too but I’m not doing something right

That guy is truly a psychopath trapped in an athletes body.
The amount of training he does (and doesn't need to) is insane, he utilizes EVERYTHING, calisthenics, resultant band, weights, swimming and water resistance, sprints, explosive etc you name it he does it, and has the world's best trainers, physios, dietician etc

He's also juicing to the grills for recovery (not to build muscle per say).

That look is impossible to get unless you go as crazy as CR7

What 35 year old look like that naturally?...

No old flabby dude is achieving that physique, they don't have the mental fortitude needed.

Brehs who can achieve that are brehs who've already been in great shape in their 20s and know what it takes.

I wish brehs saw how Ronaldo looked from 2002-2006... He was really skinny and lean and the 2007-2009 was his physique just kept exploding with every passing year, reaching his biggest around 2009. It literally took a pro athlete 6 years of his prime 20s at one of the biggest clubs in the world to achieve that physique.

If brehs started posting pictures on here, you'd immediately see why I say they can't and never will look like that

Dude is an animal on the pitch and isn't a physique athlete like a bodybuilder or classic physique dude. He gets paid to score goals, not to be aesthetic.

If @360dagod wants to look like that and maintain it, I actually think it'd be easier for him since he doesn't have to play pro soccer too; no games, traveling, training camps, Olympics, none dat. Just diet down, do some cardio, and lift a little. shyt definitely wouldn't take 6 years. :skip:

I said it before: dudes ITT won't ever be on Ronaldo's level on the pitch, and 99.9% won't touch his athleticism.

You might do cardio daily and sprint twice a week but what that squat/bench/dead looking like? You might not even do all three of those lifts just like I ain't taking my ass outside with the parachute. :francis:

A cross between Bruce Lee and MJB.

I'm skinny but I got an athletic build. Used to walk a lot towards school.

The only thing I struggle with is calorie intake. Sometimes cramming down 2000+ calories at once takes mad work. Deadass though..
