What is your lifting routine?

That’s a lot of cal intake but doesn’t look like a lot of protein within the cals.
Damn, thats interesting. Pushups, situps, 30 pound dumbell that i do sets of 25, both curling and taking it straight up into the air and back(sets of 10). Also a 50 pound weight i dont what to call it but it takes 2 hands to lift and is real good and developing the chest area. Try to lift everyday but its more like 3 times a week. How much protein should i be looking at, i heard u should try to equal your body weight in grams of protein but that seems extreme

Yeah generally speaking you want to go higher in protein within those cals to build muscle. It can be helpful on a cut as well but that’s for another post. Agreed 1 gram per pound seems daunting initially. I would shoot for .08 grams per pound so 180 (rounded up) for you at 220.

Hannibal is a bit old school(one of the GOATs of Calisthenics)
Rather go watch the kids he inspired, go to "That's Good Money" YouTube page.
You'll see some of the best Calisthenics trainers/athletes in the East Coast /New York /Jersey area putting in work around parks.
