Damn, thats interesting. Pushups, situps, 30 pound dumbell that i do sets of 25, both curling and taking it straight up into the air and back(sets of 10). Also a 50 pound weight i dont what to call it but it takes 2 hands to lift and is real good and developing the chest area. Try to lift everyday but its more like 3 times a week. How much protein should i be looking at, i heard u should try to equal your body weight in grams of protein but that seems extremeWhat is your lifting routine?
That’s a lot of cal intake but doesn’t look like a lot of protein within the cals.
