80% of your natural muscle gains come in your first 2 years of serious training. You would be surprised at what the maximum natural genetic potentials are for most people at very low body fat percentages (hint: it’s definitely not above 200 pounds unless you’re 6’3 or taller)
i would call those muscle gains globule and not real lean muscle at all.
that little beginner boost, is what i feel is god's placebo and fake mirage to keep you going.
after you get the aesthetics.
you don't notice much growth.
except for a few times here and there.
when you catch yourself off guard walking past a full length mirror.
other than that..
after so long, and not missing.
you don't even see the shyt like that.
it turns into this mirage.
that other people see but you are not self aware anymore of what it looks like, like that.
anyway,....my original physique i was trying to achieve.
occurred after i saw scott steiner come down the ramp with a new valet.
midajah
on wcw....and i said to myself.
how do i be the main guy to a woman who looks like that.
as i was being jerked.
by an equally attractive black fitness model who was older by ten years
as the other guy.
ignorantly, at the age twenty one or twenty two.
or whenever it was she debuted with scott steiner.
i said lemme see.
if she is married and what does this guy look like.
i went and looked and saw this.
most people online hate on this guy but it is because they don't do the work.
now granted he maybe on gear.
so i said:
this is what it is.
so that is what i am gonna do.
so i did not hate and just set out.
to get this look in some form or another.
without any gear and still have this look aesthetically.
or as close as i could get.
over the years i would peek into his channel and steal his setup on routines such as rep theory.
which is seven of three.
so i just applied seven of three at first.
then eventually i started to target my own development on my own from my own broscience and what i felt gave me the best aesthetic results.
after that,...much much later on.
since i don't keep up with fitness mags or egghead software bullshyt about fitness.
i just also added that i would like to look like the jim lee slash bridgeman models i am influenced by in art.
