to see the lie that is steroids.

go watch the Arnold aerobics video and read the beginners guide to bodybuilding by Arnold. He pretty much in so many words and visuals.
tells you how big you can really get on no gear.

which is only six lean pounds of real muscles a year.
which Arnold states and also mentions why gear is used in so many words.
which leads me to say all fitness feels to be coded for guys on gear.

so past the first Arnold beginner book and the aerobic Arnold vid. I feel all visible fitness people are in on it.

80% of your natural muscle gains come in your first 2 years of serious training. You would be surprised at what the maximum natural genetic potentials are for most people at very low body fat percentages (hint: it’s definitely not above 200 pounds unless you’re 6’3 or taller)

well to anser this question
I have naturally big thighs like Rock. So if I were to get in great shape, I can pull it off

legs don't take much at all.
his chest aesthetics in that period looked like he either started back from after surgery.
or he took time off and started back again.

the rock was never great aesthetically when he first started his wwe run.
when he came back as hollywood rock much much later, damn near versus cena was when he aesthetically looked like someone to try to copy aesthetically.
where even then.
he had gyno and his aesthetics may not have been all him.

he was on gear...it was just a simple fact.
not to shyt on him but he was just on the shyt, factually.

life is a chest aesthetic business.
paraphased by rick rude said about the wrasslin busines and applied to life.

Add no more than 500 calories a day

i would call those muscle gains globule and not real lean muscle at all.
that little beginner boost, is what i feel is god's placebo and fake mirage to keep you going.

after you get the aesthetics.
you don't notice much growth.
except for a few times here and there.
when you catch yourself off guard walking past a full length mirror.

other than that..

after so long, and not missing.
you don't even see the shyt like that.
it turns into this mirage.
that other people see but you are not self aware anymore of what it looks like, like that.

anyway,....my original physique i was trying to achieve.
occurred after i saw scott steiner come down the ramp with a new valet.

on wcw....and i said to myself.
how do i be the main guy to a woman who looks like that.
as i was being jerked.
by an equally attractive black fitness model who was older by ten years
as the other guy.
ignorantly, at the age twenty one or twenty two.
or whenever it was she debuted with scott steiner.
i said lemme see.
if she is married and what does this guy look like.

i went and looked and saw this.

nmus0002.jpg

most people online hate on this guy but it is because they don't do the work.
now granted he maybe on gear.
so i said:
this is what it is.
so that is what i am gonna do.
so i did not hate and just set out.
to get this look in some form or another.
without any gear and still have this look aesthetically.
or as close as i could get.

over the years i would peek into his channel and steal his setup on routines such as rep theory.

which is seven of three.
so i just applied seven of three at first.
then eventually i started to target my own development on my own from my own broscience and what i felt gave me the best aesthetic results.
after that,...much much later on.
since i don't keep up with fitness mags or egghead software bullshyt about fitness.
i just also added that i would like to look like the jim lee slash bridgeman models i am influenced by in art.

Nah but im very active and 5000 isnt really that much. Maybe im wrong but i dont think it is.
How tall/heavy are you? Most BMRs for men are in the 1600-2200 range. 5000 calories a day means you’re burning an additional 120-150 calories per hour on top of basic function for all 24 hours. Assuming 8 hours for sleep and it’s more like 200 per hour. You playing full-court ball for 8 hours a day? :dahell:

6 5 and my weight stays in the 215 220 range. I actually bike to work and to be honest my 2 cars are usually parked i enjoy biking wherever i go. If i dont take the bike i enjoy walking cause i live in fla and its always warm here. Have a friend that goes running around sunset, prob about twice a week i join in. Still play ball, full court, just not everyday.

And 5000 isnt really that much. For instance yesterday two bowls of cereal, half a pineapple chopped up, a chicken nacho for lunch which was so good i had to eat another one (2000 calories just for the tortilla chips) 20 chicken wings and fries for dinner. Thats a good example of my daily meals, not really a lot. 3 meals with a snack basically.

Dont get it twisted im in very good shape, but i would like to add some size

Ironman

And nobody outside hillsbourough cares about the tampa st pete beef. That area is a coastal paradise when you include clearwater. I view the whole region as one city

if you dropped your activity level you don’t need to eat as much. But if it works for you, and you’re truly burning 5000 everyday then just add 300-500 calories a day to your diet. Only way you’ll get bigger is by eating more than you burn.

What is your lifting routine?

That’s a lot of cal intake but doesn’t look like a lot of protein within the cals.
