Not gonna have probiotics. Because true probiotics need to be refrigerated, look for Green Vibrance, it's the best powder you can buy and it has a full gamut of probiotics. You've gotta keep it in the freezer though.

Adult gummy multi are trash breh, basically candy.

If u gonna take vitamins they must be from raw food and not syntgetic... that rainbow light one day is the best for ur buck from what I read.. most good ones have u take 4 a day.

Damn now u tell me...its so hard to figure out what to stay away from etc

With other multis I still would get sick, still had decreased energy, basically seemed like I was just pissing them out. Centrum and the like are just synthetic crap. With MegaFoods and Pure Synergy combined with exercise, no more colds no more headaches, had energy again, sex drive was correct. Everything was just back to normal. Never going back to regular vitamins. The 50 bucks every couple months for the vitamins is much better than 10s of thousands in the hospital.
