I take this, and I highly recommend it. Basically I did a lot of research on omegas, and basically an average person does not need omega 6 or 9, and most people have a deficient of Omega 3. So people should just take Omega 3. This tablet is really great, I take the daily dose which is one tablet and it doesn't have any fisht taste. I was following this blog of this guy who is a doctor as well as body builder, and he basically broke down the fatty acids. Anyway if any brehs need more info just ask away. I pretty well read up on it.

This bottle cost like 13.99 for 60 pills, and the dose is only one tablet. Crap the picture is not showing up.

Another vote for Orange Triad. The joint and digestion help is what put it over the top for me. For some reason I feel insanely better when I go take a leak and it looks like some thermonuclear highlighter yellow color :russ:
That's not good is it?

I feel I don't have a lot of energy anymore I get sleepy a lot during the day plus my joints and muscle soreness be killing me after work outs, what should I take? Will the Mens One A Day be a good starting point.

Breh, is this good for energy and joints? I just realized I need to be taking something cause I'm giving out in my work outs, my joints hurt, and I have no energy when I get up in the AM. Plus, it's been hard for me to drop pounds.

Well, for me I had an issue with my elbows and ankles that has gone away since I started taking them (and fish oil) this past November. Idk about the diet portion, (I think it promotes increased thyroid hormone production). Recovery, mood and energy were all improved though. This supplement is held in high regard online and by a couple people I train with :manny: Not saying that there isn't better or another brand that could be better for you, but I'm just speaking for myself...plus its cheap :wow:

At the end of the day though, get a good diet and sleep long enough first and foremost...if you got that down pat then I don't see how taking these could hurt :ld:

Only weird thing about them is that I piss neon green.
