What Multivitamins You Taking?

i was goin to get that but instead got this

they were expensive but i want to start with the best multi out in the market and then get the one u mentioned, rainbow light has great reviews... ive heard it taste like shyt, the one im taking has a unpleasant taste but im guessing is cuz its some real shyt and not that fake shyt from walmart.

Funny, I just copped these last week. I also take biotin, calcium, fish oil/cod liver oil, and glucosamine.

Adult gummy multi are trash breh, basically candy.

If u gonna take vitamins they must be from raw food and not syntgetic... that rainbow light one day is the best for ur buck from what I read.. most good ones have u take 4 a day.
