Let me break this down to you though by the time the show came on Deangelo was where Bodie was at season 4, he understood the he was a pond in the game like Deangelo tried to school him on when he was younger, with all his peers dead or in jail.............


As far as toughness no comparison Bodie was certified and would shoot to hold his corner, which made him be Stringer's number 2 during season 2/3, but as far the similarities and being tired and burnt out in the game, Bodie finally understood a Deangelo, rather than making fun of him like he did when he was younger..............

Another person only seeing what they want to see, Bodie was not number 2 ever. Where you came up with that? His number 2 was the guy with the little fro who was taking notes at the co-op. This guy drove him and took his messages , Bodie was in charge of the Pit, that makes him number 2 now??? Bodie lived in the projects and went on errands for them, he was never consulted to do anything major. He was not the funeral parlor counting money or meeting with Levy to set more B&B buildings. Matter of fact he never made it pass solider , Slim was a solider but made it to Joes number 2 and boss on his on.

Season 2 It was String, Shamrock and Bodie, it was Bodie who Stringer always trusted; when the drugs went missing who's word did he trust, Bodie was Stringer go to guy and Shamrock and the others noticed they would always give Bodie side eyes, while Stringer gave everything important to handle to Bodie, he treated Sham as a lil nikka sending him to make collections and such, Bodie was his pup and number 2 when Avon got out season 3 he personally went to see Bodie on the corner, Bodie was a top dog and no longer a lil nikka, most people seemingly missed this transition because of their disdain for season 2......Even on the police Board they had String at the top, and Bodie and Sham right under him but yall fail to pay attention to subtle details...............

Think about certified how Chris and Snoop was but, they made sure to bring Marlo along to press Bodie and also how Marlo made sure to attack his juniors when Bodie wasn't there, Bodie name ranged bells, and he fought & bussed his gun for his corners...............

This sounds good but Avon was done, he was on his second strike, he had nothing left but his name and maybe some out of state connects. Daniels and his crew destroyed his organization to the core. If he got out , so what? You think he would risk a third strike and be in prison forever ? The most he could do would be to leave the country and set up shop in the islands , get a real market , he was done in Baltimore . Also he asked for short money for his sister who you remember was taking care of Bey family at the time. She said the money had run out and that she didn't care of Bey spoke since he didn't know what she knew. He was broke all he did was take care of his sister , he was not playing a mastermind who would have the town on lock again. Also the Greek would never work with a guy that hot. The base case for him would be in another country, coming home and you got Slim in charge now, you think he just going to step aside now Avon home again or the Co-op bowing down? Avon was a great character but he was no Vonda's or Greek kingpin.

nikka you overthinking and thinking stupidly in the process. nikka got out early and went back to the same shyt. What makes you think he wouldn't jump back in it? That's his life, that's all he knows. He get fronted a pack, get the work poppin get a team of crazy killers like he had when he took over the first time and he right back, if that's what he wanted to do.
