i was gonna say, for yall that broke 300 what do you feel helped you progress the most outside of just having a spotter?
ive been focusing on slow negatives and its helped, and now that im lighter i can do weighted dips
its to be seen how much it helps since im only jumping 5lbs right now, but so far nothing feels "heavy" yet so i might just break a PR
if you post a vid of you benching 405 ill believe you![]()
Action Jackson said he was 5'10/225/5% fat....no bodybuilders who claim natural have those measurements...not only that, He said he benches 500 at that weight and it kinda defies science. You don't expect some people to be skeptical about that?
3%You clearly need to do some research on bf% and what each % looks like. There are SEVERAL pros at my gym and even if there weren't any I've done enough personal research to know. NO ONE IS 3%. They would be
.
I'm done with this thread, if dudes want to believe yourthat's up to them I've provided the proof to differentiate the real from the fake. Look up 500+ benches on youtube, then look up what pro bbers are on stage. If you think this guy was sitting at 5% and benching 500+ then that's on you.
Just know that he has provided NO proof like I said he would.![]()
I dont think this dude really knows what 5% is.
You were 5'10" 225 with 5% bodyfatnatural
That is competition level bodyfat. Meaning there is vascularity/striations in your lower abs..
At 225...
Benching 500+...
Those stats youre claiming means you were also ~50lbs heavier than the above guys... shredded...
Either you were stacking cycles, 15%+ bodyfat, or flat out lying. No offense breh, but it has to be called
I gave it the benefit of the doubt , but when you started arguing so vehemently about having 5% bodyfat, it turned into![]()

Elite
Haven't done a 1-rep max since they tested us in college and that was 415lb. Now I finish at 325lb and usually hit between 6-9 reps.
Most I've done on the 225lb test is 28 reps
