Action Jackson said he was 5'10/225/5% fat....no bodybuilders who claim natural have those measurements...not only that, He said he benches 500 at that weight and it kinda defies science. You don't expect some people to be skeptical about that?

If I said I had a threesome with beyonce and Kelly Rowland are people hating if they ask for proof?

Ken Yasuda was at 3% BF at 240. Dude isn't dead. Lol but your logic is funny. So if I had 25% BF at 225 which is technically obese I'd have a better chance at benching 500 lbs. Right. You really think you have it all figured out huh? lol. Keep back tracking though your showing yourself now.

3% :heh: You clearly need to do some research on bf% and what each % looks like. There are SEVERAL pros at my gym and even if there weren't any I've done enough personal research to know. NO ONE IS 3%. They would be :deadrose:.


I'm done with this thread, if dudes want to believe your :duck: that's up to them I've provided the proof to differentiate the real from the fake. Look up 500+ benches on youtube, then look up what pro bbers are on stage. If you think this guy was sitting at 5% and benching 500+ then that's on you.

my max is 185(3 reps)

i want 225 by the end of the year :rambo:

i think the BW bench comes from the police/fireman requirement of being able to bench their own bodyweight

its a good goal to have

i don't think he was walkin around at 5%, but almost everybody underestimates their bf% so thats not really something i cared about either way. if you weigh weight 225 and have 5 or 15% bf didnt really matter in terms of what i was arguing and the 15% would be just as impressive cuz u have less total lean mass..

still think dude benched a lot of weight.....:yeshrug:

5'10 226 5% bodyfat has NEVER IN HISTORY been done without steroids

A unicorn like that should surely have evidence
