5'9" 205 lb back then.... play at 212 lb now

Bench press is irrelevant as fukk tho. I know nikkas in the League that haven't benched since college/The Combine. They have other machines for chest you won't find at public gyms.

Naw I just joking with ya b. I used to huff at the gym with a short stocky dude with short arms. Dude used to throw up 315 about twice as many times as me and I'd jokingly hate on him for those arms. lol
