:umad:

Let me guess your one of those dudes with the headband on walking around talking for an hour and lifting for 20 mins.

No I'm not the dbag standing in the gym taking pics of my abs or shooting my own video shoot. I'm not anything special and I wasn't in there for anyone else but myself breh. Sure I could probably dig up some beach pics, am I going to? :childplease:

*Edit: I was a certified personal trainer. I was measured in class by a professor from Minnesota who flew in to teach the class. He used a caliper on me to demonstrate to the rest of the class how to use it. Shortly after that I did my max bench. shyt, I could dig that certification up too but honestly don't have any more fukks to give ya breh.

:yeshrug:

Me, mad? :heh:

Why would I be?

How did I know there would be no video proof of the lifts and or pics of you sitting at 5% :whoo:

Maybe I have psychic powers? Or maybe you are spitting :duck:

I aint gonna call nobody a liar, but with numbers like Action Jackson is saying, he should have been a professional at something.

I see nigs that weight who are short & stocky with short ass arms that lift like that. I always feel like them short ass arm dudes lifting mad reps is cheating. lol.

So even with a video of a dude more than 25lbs less than my body weight (at the time) benching 25lbs more than what I did you still say what I did was impossible because I don't have a video? smh breh, and body builders are at 3-5% body fat. Most athletes are 6-15%. I was probably walking around somewhere under 10% while I was in my cutting phase of lifting. At that point in my life I could have competed, but I wasn't about getting on stage in a speedo flexing.

But its whatever man you don't need to believe me. Just get out there more. Get to gyms all over, you'll see a lot more crazy shyt than that. I know my numbers were good. The sacrifice was real breh.

You said you were 225lbs @5% bodyfat and maxing 525 on bench press.

NO ONE IS BENCHING 500+ AT 5% BF.

If you did know anything about pro bodybuilding you would know they are at their weakest when they are on stage and that is at 5-6%.

Spliff was probably the guy to get the lowest % in his bf, lets ask him if he was anywhere close to hitting his max and he was at around 7%.

No where did I say a 500lb bench was not possible. I said if you did it provide proof.

No where did I say 5 % bf was not possible. I said if you got that low provide proof.

But both at the same time :duck:.

You expect me to sit here and believe you got to 5% while you are spitting broscience about cassien whey, yeah ok buddy.

The video you posted the dude is wearing a bench shirt, the world record bench press is 1075lbs with a bench shirt, without it the same person benches 655lbs.

You're really not helping your cause not knowing a bench shirt can drastically affect numbers.

Ken Yasuda was at 3% BF at 240. Dude isn't dead. Lol but your logic is funny. So if I had 25% BF at 225 which is technically obese I'd have a better chance at benching 500 lbs. Right. You really think you have it all figured out huh? lol. Keep back tracking though your showing yourself now.

BTW: Its spelled casein.

The world record raw is 715.

Heres a video of a guy doing 500 on an INCLINE. His video description: Raw lift, no wrist support, belt, shirt or elbow support. I am not a competitive power-lifter. I train in my spare time for fun.

This next video is of a 21 year old kid lifting 500 raw with no help on the lift and making it look easy.

And neither guy is in the single digits for body fat.

Nobody said benching 500lbs is impossible, what the issue is the fact you're saying "under 5%" body fat when you were doing it. You're talking about pro body builder body fat, with power lifter strength, which you still have yet to show a video of anyone doing.

Ha you don't know that breh.

I'm done with this. Thread took a shyt. Every thing I post isn't going to be good enough. Now I wish I would have recorded it. Who knows I might give it a few more months then get on that path for at least 475-500 again. I was planning on dropping my weight below 200 but we'll see. This thread makes me want to get at it again thats for sure.

lol ya man it's been pointless for a minute. they only believe it if they saw it and apparently they only workout at the most frail-boy gyms in the country or never been around many big guys because otherwise they wouldnt act like seeing dudes throw 4-500lbs up is some solar eclipse shyt.

i've been around pro athletes and ppl right on the brink and regular ass 9-5 dudes and i can attest to some regular ass dudes slangin tonnage around comparable to nfl dudes once they clock out from work. nfl dudes shouldnt even be the standard for the limits of strength they are goin by because those guys lift to play football better, not to be deadlifting champion.

its pretty funny to me because i actually think the bench press is overrated, but i dont really wanna condone all the hating and skepticism in the part of the forum i'd think should be the antithesis of that dumb stuff.

the funny thing is if you post a video lifting 4-500lbs half these know it all experts would be the first one on your dikk and putting up retarded smileys of admiration. i don't think you gotta post one doin 500, cuz if you had 4 and little change on there half of them would :mindblown: so don't hurt yourself trying to do something out of pure natural competitiveness

if only some ppl put as much effort into testing their bodies limits instead of being the prettiest 140lb nikka at the beach, they'd have a little less to say:skip:
