a lot of things can be beneficial to blacks, that doesnt make it an economic plan

and any plan that requires white people to do something is not a black economic plan, its a white plan, a black economic plan tells you what black people are going to do, not what white people are going to do

if you have a plan for what white people need to do, you can go ahead and discuss it with white people, when you have a black economic plan then we can talk

Well its a mixed plan as how it is here in the US, but if it is successful it will benefits blacks.

On our end we could promote us having more business to build up our economic power and on their end we could get our reparations.
