SEE THAT'S THE THING. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. JESUS WASN'T EVEN PERFECT. I KNOW I'M NOT PERFECT BUT I STILL TRY TO BE THE BEST I CAN BE. I ALWAYS SET THE GOAL OF PERFECTION EVEN IF PERFECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE.

If Jesus wasn't perfect, how was he able to die for the sins of the world?

Most religions historically believed in the concept of multiple deities.

And the 3 three monotheistic religions all believe in 3 separate types of Gods.

And those 3 monotheistic religions have multiple sub groups that all believe their way is the true way to interface with that god.

And what happens if you pick the wrong one

All this divisiveness is why things are the way they are and it's only gonna get worse.

Don't take it out of context. He was basically talking about denying yourself AND family, your own lust, desires, to FOLLOW HIM. the apostles gave up EVERTHING....family, jobs, etc. keep god first

I agree it is hard to be a Christian, it's easier to listen to ungodly music, watch porn, fornicate, lie, cheat, curse, treat people like doo doo, not read your bible and pray, not forgive, not being gluttonous, not having faith or believing..

The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few


Since I've been saved I've lost like 95 percent of people I called friends, ah well

That is so true. That is pretty much why my wife is my best friend. And besides most of the 95% never had my best interest in heart only their own.

@Chris Mauro Hate means love less. It's more of priority not some emotional hate in the way we think of it. It's basically your love for God looks like you hate everything else. But not literally.
