Saw the new MHA film in subs at the theater earlier today. shyt was dope. It's better than the 3rd movie that came out a lil while back.

Spoiler: Sengoku Youko: The Chaos of a Thousand Demons Arc - Episode 12

I got excited seeing Douren back and him as Mudo's master is not something I saw coming. It makes a lot of damn sense consider no one loves fighting more than Douren. It is a perfect match. Not to mention, through all of this time you see some form of maturity from Mudo. The note from Senya how the reaction of Douren is so much different from his father. It really shows that despite both working for the Dangaishuu Douren was just happy to be fighting. Meanwhile, Jinun had his demons which were revealed before he got possessed.

I do love seeing Tsukiko pushing Shinsuke to the front of the party. He might not be the strongest and best leader, but he has his charms about him. With the Katawara being abducted and Shinsuke talking about Shakuyaku it was only a matter of time before she was abducted as well. You can only feel for Shinsuke because losing Shakuyaku was hard enough, but fighting her is even more messed up.

Almost any single season or even 2 season anime based off a light novel is a waste of time to watch if you aren't willing to read.

Tried to tell you that one in particular is a waste of time. Where that ends at the series doesn't even get back to that point until almost the end of the novels so even if they made another season it wouldn't resolve there.

Spoiler: DanMachi S5 Ep 3

Well, Bell did kidnap Syr from a certain POV & she had the time of her life. But man, the dialogue in this episode wasn't subtle. Especially in the church and when they were talking about the hero and Syr talking about her hero. Still, Syr running around while Bell was behind is like the person who is always at work 24/7. Then they finally get a break from it all and are just beyond happy. I feel like Syr knows that this is temporarily and the Freya Family will catch up to them. But she still wants to enjoy it while she can.

At first glance, the story of the Knight, Spirit & Saint would have you thinking it would be comparing their situation to Bell, Ryu & Syr. Though I don't think it is that simple. At the very least, it feels like the Spirit represents Syr. Though given that something will go down, it is not far-fetched to think Syr would protect Bell.

Though you can feel that this story is significant to Bell to keep the one they cherish safe. We saw this with Wiene & Ryu in the previous 2 seasons. If that happened to Syr we all know what Bell would do. Though Syr asking Bell what he would do if she went crazy. Literally putting her in the position of Saint. Feels like shyt might start going down by as soon as next episode.

I am curious how the Hestia Family and the Tavern Waitresses knew that Bell would be on the cruise. Ais really is one of the more pure characters in this show. She didn't even care about hiding. She knew that they were out to hunt Bell.

It definitely Syr believes that Bell can be a hero to match up to Sir Albert. Essentially, he becomes the final hero. Along with that, she wants Bell to be her hero. The tone in that scene, like last week, did a fantastic job at setting the serious tone. Although quite the switch tone for the final scene and Bell will be a nervous wreck at the start of the next episode.

This covered chapters 3+4 extremely well.

The Anime original scene at the end of Momo getting changed in the post credit scene since that wasn't there in the anime. Fun addition. Right now would rank it as 1 > 3 > 2 for episodes so far. They nailed Seiko's introduction beating TG.

Also loved how they adapted the bathroom scene of TG not giving Momo more time to prepare.

Banter was great as usual with Momo & Okarun, but Seiko fitting in right in beautifully. Great work from Nana Mizuki, who outside I haven't watched many shows that she has been on, but she is a veteran executing Seiko's character flawlessly.

Spoiler: Dandadan Episode 3

Seiko came out kicked Turbo Grannies' ass. Though it was in Seiko's territory. Overall, they really executed Seiko's character well. She loves messing with Momo, especially what since she said she didn't believe in Spirit stuff in the past. Though you can tell she loves Momo to death. At the beginning of the episode and the hug at the end really showcases it.

We got a good amount of world building too. Talking about Turbo Grannies past along with the concept of location bound spirit. Where TG merged with that location bound spirit. Along with that, we see the concept of Auras from Momo and how she can handle them. Pretty cool powers overall.

Despite handling TG, Seiko can't be much of help outside of her territory. Essentially, her powers come from the Gods of the land. At least she is providing Momo & Okarun with as much preparation as they can get.

Though Turbo Granny isn't giving them much more room to prepare. Which makes sense since Momo and Seiko can keep the curse under control? Though the idea of Okarun being a position that can be spread is sad. Of course, Momo takes upon herself because she got Okarun into this mess, but also TG threatened her grandmother's life.

How the dialogue switches from serious tone to fun and back to a serious tone is great. Seiko fitting in right in.

God damn the final action sequence was clean and hype af

Spoiler: Mecha-Ude: Mechanical Arms Episode 3

God, this episode was fukking fantastic. The key point in this episode was that everybody, but Alma was telling Hikaru he didn't have to do anything. Really stressing it when Aki got kidnapped and if Hikaru waited for another bodyguard, Aki would have died. The fight against was so well animated. Trigger arm not shutting down once they are extracted is intriguing. We really got to see what they are like at full power. Although getting used to that will be key for Hikaru.

I know they put down Hikaru because his Arbitrium isn't high, but honestly, I like that it wasn't high considering how OP Trigger Arms are. Hopefully, he can improve it so he can use Alma for longer durations in battle.

The kid got referred to as the young master. Clearly, he is an important figure in Kagami. Regarding Aki she mentions a worm type that killed her family. However, the one that they fought isn't that. Considering the post credit scene, was it her sister who killed her family or another worm type that killed and kidnapped her sister. More likely the former.

Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Disturbance - Episode 3

3 episodes in visually and direction it just feels like a notable step up from S1. How they executed that final third was so fantastic. There is so much I loved about the episode.Kenshin leaving Misao behind is very similar to how he left Kaoru & the gang behind. Also, it is similar to how Aoshi & Oniwabanshu left her behind. They know that the best way to protect Kaoru/Misao is to leave them behind.

Of course, Misao doesn't lose her resolve. Though we all knew if she didn't make that jump Kenshin was going to save her. Despite pressing Kenshin for answers about Aoshi & Co, she grows a slight fondness for Kenshin. While Kenshin are not as cold as Aoshi, they have a similar air about them. Like you feel safe when you are around them and trust them.

God, we really start seeing in this season how awful Shishio and company can be. Wiping out the cops that the government would send to the village until they start and literally the village no longer exists since it isn't present on the maps. Feels like the villagers are prisoners and for the kid to see his parents and hung and executed was fukking awful.

As expected, Kenshin is fukking pissed to see what happened to the village. You would normally think Kenshin was the one that saved Misao, but the guy after her is killed, and we know Kenshin still acts as a Rurouni and are confused about what is happening. Safe to say Saito has been following Kenshin, and he is displeased that Kenshin ventured from the main road. The next episode will be very, very interesting.
