Todo is a Kyoto student. You better put some respec on Boogie Woogie  :mjcry:
Also I gotta give Mechamaru respect for all the planning and imagine lying to your homies just so you can protect from the shyt storm that came from Shibuya. :mjcry:

Besides Ms. Useless, Kyoto students got some unique skills. Any of these Tokyo students can be by themselves and be fine. Koyto you got Mai and Momo where they got skills, but they gotta be used in the right.

Also one thing people can forget how much better the Tokyo students are. Yuji and Megumi made a significant leap. Nobra finally showcasing how lowkey broken she can be. (Gege probably killed her off for that reason :mjcry:)

Inumaki, Maki and Panda need no explanations. (Crazy to think Tokyo vs Kyoto was evenly matched back in S1 :skip: )

Just a reminder how insane of an adaptation this has been. I had high expectations, but even that has been surpassed :wow:

It's kinda wild to go from the chaos of Shibuya to then barely anything can happen in a Frieren episode, and it's just as good anyway.

This season's been good as hell for all the anime options. But JJK, Frieren, and Apothecary Diaries are my top three by a comfortable margin.

Finished watching Goblin Slayer S2 and honestly it's hard to describe what the best way to describe it. Unlike long waiting season 2's like Devil is A Part Timer, COTE or Shield Hero it wasn't bad like those. I won't say its good either. I guess the best way to call this series at least in the anime is comfort food. You know what you are gonna get with it basically. But don't expect it to wow you.

Man as I was watching that sequence I was impressed with how smooth and natural it looked. This series has been a great find and hella consistent, props for putting me on.

I'd give a shout out to Emmience in Shadow and Tearmoon Kingdom too. Not on the level Frieren and Apothcary Diaries, but Emmience in Shadow feels like a fusion of Overlord and Konosuba as it takes the best from both of those series. Constant fukkery, but unlike Konosuba where I don't care about the world building and characters EiS's cast and world is much more interesting.

Tearmoon is perfect for anyone that is a Book Worm fan. (Imo the best Iseaki out there imo.) It's such a fun series, but it also does an excellent job with world building a little slow if the comedy doesn't hit. Tho I personally think the comedy is well executed.

Sousou no Frieren ep 16 adapted chapters 33+ 34. As per usual a well adapted episode.

A more chill episode this time, but still a good one. Fern has transitioned into becoming a motherly figure for Fern at times when she wants to spend too much in one place :mjlol:

Dwarf lives up to be 300 years old and Frieren is at least 1000. Like 300 years is a long time, but in comparison to 1000 years 300 is like nothing. And the sad part of aging is forgetting about those closest to you. :mjcry: The old dwarf had a human for a wife, but being in a position that he can't remember her face is heartbreaking. But one thing you can definitely say is that he truly loved her even understanding the age differences between Humans and Dwarfs.

Gorilla man and Goatee Priest well those names most certainly do leave an impression. :pachaha: Nice to get a first hint where Sein's friend, but he would need to go in the opposite direction as Frieren, Stark and Fern.

Also key visual for the next arc which should start in episode 18 and as well as a preview for that arc below it.

Can't wait to see the meltdowns over how this ends. I still say Naruto had a way better ending. Hell Attack on Titan had a better ending.

Bleach ending felt like Kubo just gave up. He wrote himself into a corner with a literally unbeatable antagonist given the powerset and said screw it I'm not even gonna try to fix it deal with it.
