We back? This is one of the most unlikely series I ever got into based on the first few episodes, I was like this is cheeks. Then it turned a corner and I ain't looked back in years.

Let the despair begin again.

More so confirmation it will come, but getting this new is always good cause cases like 86 still no confirmation on that front.

Before S4 dropped I always heard that the novel are better but the anime is fun. S3 is where things started to get interesting and then S4 and with the authors involvement they went hard and delivered great stuff. In other years I would have this as my AOTY. Hard for me to place over Vinland, BSD or Frieren. But thats more so praise of S4 giving how good those 3 are.

Boat arc getting started

Man the shots of the garden and ocean looks amazing. Cloverworks and Wit bringing their A games with this arc.

Anya fukkery is fukking great. She wins a lottery to a cruise where Yor's assassin job is taking place. . Loid aint gonna have a stress free vaction.

The woman they are protecting lost all her family besides her son . Man being targeted when you just want to live a normal life.This is a big arc for yor. Yor fans gonna eat good for the rest of the season. We also got introduced to the Shopkeeper, which can be thought of as Yor's superior and the head from what we know.

Talk about setting the cruise for just a wholesome vibe till we got to the ending of the episode.

S5 despair is different than S4 I say more psychological and I mean top tier level with a lot of physical despair
I got caught more off guard with this arc for s5 than s4
next month I should know how it ends tho from the novel
If they did s2 right tho
Probably won’t be out for another 2 years minimum tho

Ragna Crimson finished adapting chapter 11 as well starting adapting chapters 12+13. They will probably start at the skipped parts of 12 before going back to the fight.

The episode did a great jon at feeling digust for Ultimata who is the major antagonist. Pictures can tell 1000 words looking at the below.

God watching that made me want to vomit. (I mean Ragna felt the same way) It made me hate her more watching her then when I read the manga. Ironically Crimson is thinking of this elaborate scheme and Ragna just said fukk it I'm going in. Animation wasn't great, but hopefully it picks up next episode. What they are adapting next week is one of the best moments from the manga. I am hoping they nail it.

Man Apothcary Diaries continues to be so well directed and made. Kind of fun for the girls to make Maomao look pretty and they are surprisingly shocked she geuniely has looks.

We knew at the beginning of the story there was the issue of kidnappings and all of that but that wasn't the worst case. She downplayed her looks because the world they live in is not a safe place her a good looking woman to be on her own. Ironically her being kidnapped might have been a good outcome since I am scared to think what the other girls who were targeted experience.

It was fun this time around seeing Jinshi being touched by Maomao's backstory, but also even giving her the hairpin. She better be careful lots of woman at the party will be envious of her.

In a stacked season with lots of awesome shows. The level of love, directions and quality this adaptation and Frieren are getting is just on another. SLF is close with them but it needs a few more episodes to really get cooking.

Gotta say from a visual standpoint Mappa delivered as the first half was great.

But the last third , I knew they weren't going to go through with Eren being the villain. The whole talk of him doing it to make Armin and Mikassa heroes made me want to puke. And saying oh now with 80% of humanity killed. They were trying to make you feel bad for Eren and him saying he is the one who directed the titan that killed his mom . shyt was wack. The ending honestly was expected, but the execution in that last third awful. Breh saying he didn't have a choice. .

Gotta give props for Attack on TItan for making anime more popular.

Yes in a sense depending on how they execute its adapted cuz sometimes there are things worse than death I’ll say that much
S4 was break bell body and some of his mind
S5 break bell mind and body completely

Just gotta wait awhile and see what’s up cuz all hell breaks loose
Weird thing is and I stand by it the spin off would be better series than main series cuz that shyt is crazy when u see things happen from a different pov and what else happens with other familias primarily Loki family that isn’t talked bout but also linked to the main series
