He did have a nice theme though.
Edit: I just found out it’s actually Shinji’s theme. Heard the whole song, It’s fire!!


Also, did you imagine this arc being animated this well? Do you like the red skies and all the lights n shyt?



Man that Dr. Stone episode was lit. Never thought I’d be hype watching science shyt.

JJK was good. I’m kinda lost though because I watched everything, but don’t remember Geto getting taken over or anything like that, idk how I missed any of that.

The new OP grew on me.

Kenshin has been really good. I heard one dude talking English and was like wtf, then I heard the other one and their voices were



But the show has really got my attention.

Of course now I hear the English dub is coming out today, 15 episodes later….

The adaptation of Bond seeing his "death" due to Yor's food was even more funny in the anime than the manga and that shyt already had me Him picturing what Twilight does in his day job killed me

WIT continues to show it's the best studio out there, Mappa cooks with JJK but they have too many projects to give them the proper treatment

SxF is a collab between CloverWorks and WIT so giving WIT all the credit is disingenuous. For instance yesterdays episode was all done by CloverWorks. More collabs should be a thing but this is a business unfortunately.

Mappas holds out the best of their staff exclusively for JJK and CSM. Which is a big reason why it looks so much better then the rest of their projects. Obviously given the time they got to work on the AoT specials they looks much much better then either of the parts of the final season. WIth that being said there is this false expectation that if Mappa is working on a show its gonna look amazing and all that. Jigo is one example where if another studio did it, it wouldn't receive the amount of criticsm it did because it was a mappa product.

Shangri-La Frontier adapted both chapters 3+4. Simply put this adaptation continues to impress. It adapted the big fight with Lycaon the Nightslayer and adapted to beautifully . Really showed the way it humbled Sunraku. Its continuing to take its time, but delivering an extrodinary high level adaptation. Pacing being slower then most adaptations work perfectly cause it truly lets you immerse and understand this game. This and Frieren are really flexing their guns this season.

Dark Gathering finished adapting Ch. 18+ all of 19 and the start of 20. Once again a well directed and well adapted episodes. Just like last episode its nailing the creepiness which is needed in a good horror anime.

They really added more to the Sergeant then what was given in the manga. Which is really cool since the backstories of these ghosts are one of my favorite things about the manga. The tense nature of those 2 ghosts going at each other. Then the Sergeant coming out of the Tunnel F's belly is brutal to watch . Then Kei narrowly escaping and looking like an old man at the end

Another great demonstration on why you don't fukk with Yayoi-chan. She tortured that F Tunnel ghost and it won't kill anymore and it will only know pain from here on. Jesus christ. Then it easy to forget about the Anna ghost. Quick save by Yayoi-chan. And giving the captured Anna to Eiko is interesting.

I'm curious how they go about adapting the next arc .

I'm actually going to check out that dub episode off the strenff of your recommendation, you've earned that much. God have mercy on you if it's ass though.

As far as the quality of the adaption, man I never thought it would be THIS good. I hoped it would be pretty good because I actually enjoyed this arc in the story unlike most but this has exceeded my expectations. The fact that Kubo has had an active hand in this really shows.
