Who waits to get shot like that especially when you got the easiest escape button known to man right there.

Aint this S3 of this show. Why y'all giving mediocre shows like this and Shield Hero multiple chances when you know shyt aint gonna change.

Plus this is loaded season no reason to wasting time on mediocrity

Season 2 and it literally just started, watched 2 episodes and I'm off of it.

The plot had potential and was pretty unique, with shows like that I'll give the author a chance.

Shield hero was vanilla as fukk from the jump tho very short leash for those types unless it can provide fukkery like Cautious Hero or Konosuba

Well Shield Hero first 3 episodes were pretty good again cause of the revenge plot. Since dude got screwed over once he arrived at that world and had to provide for himself. But how they wrote the other heroes was atrocious. Basically they are dumb to make Naomfumi look good. Looking back it was clear once the revenge plot was done the series wasn't gonna offer much.

Konosuba and Emmience got top tier fukkery. Hell Emmience if it cared to take things seriously from Alpha Pov could make an interesting spin off of the main series. Cid fukkery is top tier from Ep 3 of S1 and on.

Frieren adapted chapters 11 + 12 in todays episode.

This episode highlighted why the series is very special. The reflection of Frieiren new journey with her previous. Many examples in this episode. You have Stark being scared fighting the dragon similiar to Eisen did in the old party. Then you have Stark wanting to experience what Eisen mentioned to him as fun adventure. Lastly you had Frieren, Fern and Stark leaving the gate similar to how the Hero's party began their adventure.

The fight with Stark vs the Dragon was just icing on the cake. Beautiful animation there. . That was MT cour 1 animation quality.

Next episode I'm really looking forward to.

Spellblades had its final episode.

This series impressed me more and more as the season went on. Nice writing, great direction, and animation on front. From ep 4 it just kept getting better and better. Granted the first 3 episodes was not the best start, which I assume why the MAL rating is so low.

Admittedly would have preferred more stuff regarding Oliver's revenge plot, but I will always take good pacing then rushing to get to the main plot.

Really loved this episode as well. Nanao unable to kill Ophelia was a telling sign of her maturity. She was someone that had very few people that she could depend on. The bullying is incredibly sad. Now Carlos and Ophelia can be at piece. Once again it shows that we need to get to know people and put our first judgements on them.
