I just picked up MHA.
I think it's one of those animes that would be better off weekly than seasonal. 20ish episodes a season doesn't cover all those characters and that huge world of theirs.

The games aren't as fun as they should be.
I dropped this series after Overhaul. It has potential but I feel like it will never realize it. Black Clover lapped it even with the handicap of its main protagonist as the start being annoying.

MHA has a broken premise when you think about it. The main characters are all kids in training and society has full time heroes who should be doing the heavy lifting. The show should have been from the perspective of the full time heroes and they shouldn’t be so wack in comparison to the trainees. The fact that Deku has to save the day is laughable.

Lastly there’s a character that should have been *redacted* but the author clearly didn’t have the courage to do it. That was cowardly.

I'm reading Volume 4 of Classroom of the Elite and while overall the series is decent. Volume 3 was the best but to me Volume 4 is boring.

It's some sort of liars game with multiple groups where somebody is it in each group and they have to figure out who that is. 60% of the way through this Volume and nothing interesting is going on.

One interesting thing the light novel does that I don't feel translated to the anime well is the unreliable narrator. Ayanokoji is a weird narrator in that his motivation and personality are hidden from the reader even though everything is from his perspective.

Man just watched Overlord S3 ep 8. The ending where the two twin sisters waiting for their older sister to come back. But not knowing that will never be the case :mjcry:

Author should've not only killed off youknowwho but also a vast majority of the full time heroes... leaving the kids as the only real line of defense left standing, and all the ethical/moral dilemmas that would come with it.

Should've happened 3-4 years ago in that big event with all for one.
