I enjoyed Golden Kamuy's educational segments about hunting and cooking wild game.

never said you gotta hate it or that it was even bad. Ten episodes and it looked like they were gonna ride that formula forever without changing anything or even upping the stakes. Manga folks said it stays the course without shaking things up too much so I dropped it.

Finished 12 Kingdoms - pretty entertaining if you enjoy plot driven animes. They packed so much in 45 episodes. Pacing is fast, you'll get lost if you're not paying attention. If they remake this with better animation and flesh out each kingdom, it would be a hit.

I really liked the first episode.

Show has potential just due to the mind games that could happen.
