i'll always go sub but people saying that dubs are trash by default are rocking antiquated arguments generally. dub voice acting and localization has dramatically improved over the years. its rarely a matter of quality anymore, simply preference

I always go sub, because if even if the dubbed is done masterfully, I want to get the feeling that the studios was trying to convey through the original voice actors. For me I feel something is always lost in translation through the dubs even though I speak not nan leak of Japanese

I usually end up with subs by default because that's usually what comes out first but I'll watch a dub if it's available off rip like Netflix. It really just depends on the series and availability.
there's some shyt that's simply never going to hit the same too. like in jojo's specifically - MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA just ain't ever sound right in any version of english

I like watching with subs. Cause some shyt just sounds super epic in japanese vs english and I've just gotten used to watching subs so its the default for me. Jobless Reincarnation stay being a dope ass show. People saying that these next 2 episodes should be pretty dope so can't wait for that. WHen this season ends I'm going to start reading the LN. Don't know if I should start from the beginning or where I left off. Usually when I do manga I just read from where it left off unless shyt is really different in the manga.
There's been cases where I preferred dub. Most recent one was Saiki K. I thought the funimation dub team were hilarious. The team that took over once Netflix acquired it were good too.

Usually dub, but I'll watch anything sub if I know the dub will take an long time to come around (Boruto and One Piece, even though Funimation has picked up the pace of the dubbing).

I'm only subs, can't go wrong with subbed since it's the OG
Dubs are too hit or miss for me, some are fine others are scust.Only dubs I'd still watch at this point are Naruto, DBZ, Pokemon, Death Note and Brotherhood cause I watched them dubbed a million times already
With all ln I always say start from beginning since it’s a lot of dialogue compared to manga with pictures
Also certain events in Mushoku tensei hit different compared to the anime especially the magic displacement that happened I felt they really missed the mark on that one with how bad it truly was

I never watch anime dubs. Ironically I always play video games with English dubs though if available.
