Goku at 1 makes sense. He can destroy whole solar systems by himself.

Man, Goku and all them DB guys really get too much credit - yes, they can do wide damage like nobody else in the business but it takes them forever most of the time. But they can't deal with anything outside of a fair fight or anything focused. All of the scariest attacks aren't the planet busters, but the pinpoint attacks that just rip through people. All of the DB characters are legit fragile to it.

shyt freiza got cut up by a regular ass sword... you touch those dudes with something sharp and to the point and they lay the fukk down faster than anyone else listed the biggest thing they have going for them is speed - but because they want an honest fight most of the time, that shyt is wasted too.

I don't like or dislike him. He's just regular wimpy teenager, who wants to help. Most Folks can't relate to that, and he really doesn't stick out amongst the cast of show too. The MCs people tend to enjoy tend to have more presence in their shows. They either goofy/lazy, calculating, or always down to fight.

dude will routinely dramatically save one person as dozens are incapacitated then drop everything to haul ass to the main event to get his rocks off

Frieza got cut by a sword because it was Trunks who was wielding it, that same sword that Goku stopped with his finger

The weakest DB characters would punch the heads off of most anime characters low difficultly. Sneak attack moves and Weapons wouldn't work if it was used by non DB characters

Yeah, Goku and Trunks sat down first and said lets have an honest fair one to assess each other's abilities prior. Trunks distracted Freiza then snuck him in the air. This is exactly the shyt I'm talking about

Deku has some crazy power-ups but the thing is that Deku's world is soft compared to Gon's world. Deku is pretty much a p*ssy by HxH standards. Gon could pull a greed island ending with 0 fukks given to take it

I feel like Naruto is being overrated strength-wise by people in this thread. I don't think hes stronger than Ichigo or Alucard

Sailor moon and Giorno Giovanna are probably the main anime protagonists that most people know who would beat goku but not many other mainstream anime characters can.

If we get into lesser known shounen jump characters, that Dark Schnieder breh from b*stard!! is putting the beats on everyone .

Saiyans got tough skin. But at no point did they say it was bullet or laser proof.

And if Goku fought seriously, none of those people would survive. Goku is to that list what Mori Jin is to that ToA25 list [insert rolling eye gif].

That was a blast from sorbet's (frieza's henchman) ray gun but with technology we don't really know how powerful it is but since Goku was relaxed and wasn't focusing on defending himself it was able to do damage to him. But we do know that Goku is able to take human weapons head-on alien tech is another story.
