I wrote a few pages back, I'm not spending that #6 pick on a TE/Big Slot. Now on draft day if Chase/Smith are gone I could be if we traded back and got him and get a WR in the 2nd​

Yep, like I said before - that dive into the endzone against the Rams really and truly changed the course of Wentz' Eagles career. It led to the magical Foles run and the first anonymous report in January of 2019, that led to the anonymous quotes mid-2019 season, and here we are now after a disaster 2020 and more anonymous hits.

Part of me is sad because of the sky high hopes we had and how they officially aren't gonna be fulfilled, but we got a Super Bowl out of this 5 year run and Wentz was pivotal in securing that #1 seed and HFA. Bittersweet Legacy is the best way to describe the Doug/Wentz era
