Her husband being Rhiannas boss saved her immensely. So politically maybe they could have. But musically I think Rhianna wouldve overtaken her(which happened). But since Beyonce was still a factor and top of the foodchain,the sabatogue of rhianna wasnt as blaytant. But if Ms Keys stayed on top? Trajectorys change completely.

This is all false.

Dangerously In Love dropped the same year as Diary of Alicia Keys. Why is it that Beyonce was still huge? Ashanti dropped her sophomore album that year. Why wasn't Beyonce some platinum selling one off? How is it that she managed to have like 5 hits off an album that went on to go loke 4-5X platinum meanwhile Ashanti was barely platinum? Furthermore, Alicia Keys was still huge in 2007. Beyonce was still huge.

If anything, you would make more sense implying that Rihanna wouldn't be where she was at considering she wasn't really a factor until 2007 even though she had two albums prior. And even then she wasn't doing Alicia or Beyonce those years at least not domestically.

Jay Z wasn't in control of Rihanna's music. And the craziest part of your argument is that both Rihanna and Beyonce were using the same producers and writers: Ne-Yo, StatGate, Dream & Tricky Stewart.

With everything I've read about UGK leading up to and after Pimp C passed it seems like a falling out between the two was imminent. With Bun being a social butterfly and all and Pimp just cool with actually being an "Underground King" and focusing on Texas. I ain't mad though, Bun has done a great job of keeping the name alive imo.
