I wouldn't say south. We just need to group up in a coastal region and work to make us the majority in every aspect of the region. I'd say Pacific Northwest to account for future climate change maybe

Charles Blow wrote a book making compelling arguments about this. If you’re able to take back some of those southern states and even make inroads in the Great Plains(lots of African migrants there) while maintaining vibrant strongholds in the major cities then you could see a potentially advantageous political landscape for Black folks in America.

Doesn’t mean roadblocks and potholes won’t be put forth to stop progress but it might be better than being gerrymandered to oblivion where you at.

I don't understand how migration down south is supposed to be a solution to getting "gerrymandered to oblivion" when the south is the main place where that is happening.
