Nebraska/giants fan here. We'll see how I like the langsdorf hire as our OC but firing Perry was definitely needed for the team

Honestly, I've been leaning toward Pepper for the DC job too. Learned under Belichick, Romeo, Schwartz, etc. Turnt around the Bills d line as their coach. Former Giants LB. If he don't become a DC now, he might never be :pachaha:

Only thing I'm worried about is, if we hire a guy like Pepper who is a newbie to the pos., how long is Tom gonna stick around? (My guess is if the new DC pans out, Tom can stick around for as long as he likes) And if Tom leaves anytime soon, the new HC might wanna bring in his own guys.

Its not like Spags had a bunch of no talent bums when the Giants won the super bowl. Bottomline is the DC probably wont matter unless the talent improves.
