The Mets still have the easiest schedule remaining, with 20 of their games against the Nationals, Athletics, Pirates, Marlins and Cubs.

That said, losing Scherzer makes things tougher.
In the event that the Mets falter and have to settle for a Wild Card spot, they shouldn't have the luxury of blaming it on Scherzer's injury.
Since August 15, the Mets are 10-11 -- which isn't horrible. But they've been floundering.
Cubs aren’t pushovers, the pitching has a top 5 lowest era in the 2nd half(the rest are playoff teams). Just went .500 in august

They’ll take 2 out of 3 in New York(might sweep these frauds) can’t wait:ohlawd:
