You telling me in this entire map you can't find cheap housing OUTSIDE anywhere of san francisco???:dahell:

Its like these transplants move to NYC and don't even think of living in the outer boroughs...:heh: and if they do they gentrify shyt instead of being humble and keeping property values down...

whole bay area is expensive rent wise. at my last job i had a lady commuting from Tracy (60+ miles to SF) and one from Fairfield (about ~50 miles to SF). none of those cities are even in the map :dead:
that commute is a fukkin nightmare. 1.5 hour minimum each way :flabbynsick:

@sfgiants how expensive is Vallejo?

:ohhh:

"As of April 2019, average rent for an apartment in Vallejo, CA is $1783 which is a 5.38% increase from last year when the average rent was $1687 , and a 4.37% increase from last month when the average rent was $1705.
One bedroom apartments in Vallejo rent for $1557 a month on average (a 0.26% decrease from last year) and two bedroom apartment rents average $1904 (a 5.46% increase from last year). "

+ 2 bridges to cross and bay area traffic. some people take the ferry. but that is a :flabbynsick: commute. and vallejo is a shyt hole

I'm never going back to SF. After living there for the past 5 years, it has gone to shyt. my father used to live there, so growing up, I seen the beauty of what SF USED to be. This current gentrified iteration is fukking hell on earth, and now these white techies have to sleep in the bed they made. The poverty line for the city is $100k :hhh:

I also advise y'all to watch, "The last black man in San Francisco."

you say that now.. that commute is ass. there's other options to living in SF for sure, but living in the boondocks with shyt to do and 5x a week you're spending the entire day working and commuting gets old real quick. you basically wake up, commute, work, commute, then get home to sleep :flabbynsick:
and 100k isnt shyt out here even if you living out of SF. the housing still aint cheap even in the backwoods where that weirdo Kent from youtube lives.
not to mention there aint shyt to do out there but go to Denny's and be around a bunch of fat rednecks
