These cacs will take their ideals and money and ruin another city soon..

Worse is if they take these San Francisco business model and ideas national, and you be seeing human shyt on a sidewalk near you.

There need to be POPULATION LIMITS to use the cost of living low, in each city

These tech nerds are too wimpy to fix the mess they created and jaded at the same time

These homeless are too dusty to pull themselves up by the bootstraps and improve their situation

These lawmakers and politicians are too apathy-induced to give two shyts

These landlords and developers are too fat on the rent they collect every month

Any greedy b*stard of a landlord that takes nore than 20% of the monthly income of a regular person job deserve a Taliban style execution.

SF is insufferable and not livable even for those earning 6 figures so that tells you all you need to know about everyone else. They have no other industry besides tech. It's a small place also so not much to see. I worked for a tech company near Burlington and it's the most pedestrian suburban place with some crazy rent you expect in big cities like NY. The people there are all the same also, just tech tech tech, and it's all incestuous, they all rotate the same companies.

They have restrictions on building vertically so that extends the range of where people are living. Imagine NYC without all the high rises. You’d have folks living way out in southwest Pennsylvania :bryan:

that's the whole peninsula. people jump through all sorts of mental hoops to talk about how good the schools are and how quaint/interesting the different downtowns are in places like palo alto, menlo park, san mateo, etc to justify paying $1.5-2M for 900 sq ft homes. fukk up outta here....

then take into account how highly taxed everything is in cali + local taxes (i.e. SF's food worker health care tax that they then pass on to customers, insane gas taxes....and now i have to ask for a straw every single time i get an iced coffee :heh:) my time here is rapidly coming to an end

Dont forget the CA Franchise Tax Board .. California's own mini IRS for collection of state taxes and what ever other kind of fees they fine you for small businesses , luxury tax or Motor Vehicle Fees :mjcry:
