All I took from this is that San Francisco is the land of opportunity and if you bask in negativity that is what you'll attract.

The broad had a whole other unrelated career in a completely different field (musical theatre) did a coding bootcamp for x amount of months and immediately landed a job in the most vibrant epicentre of technology in the world and complains about poor fukking CACs getting in the way of her scooter?

Gentrifiers tends to be diverse out here. Plenty of black gentrifiers in Bed Stuy and Harlem.

But immigration in NYC isn’t really white. Lots of Hispanic and South Asian immigrants coming in than European.

Not just that, but some traditionally white neighborhoods are still losing white population and gaining Hispanics and Asians. Like Ridgewood and Ozone Park (though Ridgewood is gaining some whites back due to being close to and similar to Bushwick)

There are a lot of Hispanic gentrifiers in North Brooklyn. A lot of the transplants I know in Bushwick and Williamsburg are Hispanic. Which includes both people from other states, and expat type immigrants (as opposed to poor ones, who are often undocumented).

turned down offers at Google and Walmart e-commerce because of the cost of living didn't justify the compensation. Google's offer was in contingent of working in their sunnyville or mountain view office SMH

You telling me in this entire map you can't find cheap housing OUTSIDE anywhere of san francisco???
