whole bay area is expensive rent wise. at my last job i had a lady commuting from Tracy (60+ miles to SF) and one from Fairfield (about ~50 miles to SF). none of those cities are even in the map :dead:
that commute is a fukkin nightmare. 1.5 hour minimum each way :flabbynsick:

"As of April 2019, average rent for an apartment in Vallejo, CA is $1783 which is a 5.38% increase from last year when the average rent was $1687 , and a 4.37% increase from last month when the average rent was $1705.
One bedroom apartments in Vallejo rent for $1557 a month on average (a 0.26% decrease from last year) and two bedroom apartment rents average $1904 (a 5.46% increase from last year). "

+ 2 bridges to cross and bay area traffic. some people take the ferry. but that is a :flabbynsick: commute. and vallejo is a shyt hole
I have a close friend from Tracy :ehh:
Its a commuter suburb, made to be expensive.
Full of hot SAHMs :ehh:

For 6 figures.... I will stomach it...:birdman: That paycheck you seeing is more than what most are seeing even in NYC...:what: it's like none of these people heard of being humble and having a budget...
If I buy a nice spot for 100K fresh out and pay it off and stack my paper in my savings... I will endure it...:what: these cacs have no idea what it means to hustle when your hungry...

you are flat out RETARDED and one of the WORST posters on this site

the bay area is 9 million metropolitan area

SF is only 900k of that 9 million

that means MAJORITY of people are doing what you are SUGGESTING, which now results in the worst traffic conditions in America with now worse traffic than LA

the "cheap boondocks" you are talking about houses are still $600-800k in decent areas and $300-400k in the worse areas and in the biggest bay area city (san jose) is only behind NYC and SF rent/housing price wise, 3rd in the nation

I suggested this a year ago but they really should ban you from any thread dealing with finances, you just honestly have no grasp of the concept
