Watson/Mahomes Mega Thread...

Everything is a race thing with cats around here. I'm talking quarterbacks and strictly football and here come nikkas race baiting lol...

For the record, the top three quarterbacks in the NFL right now are all black, if you consider Mahomes black (his dad is black, but we don't know that he considers himself black). This is assuredly the first time in NFL history you can say this!

So I guess it's black people making everything about race huh? If only the coli and black would stop posting about race, then racism would dissapear huh?

Those trades they made early in the season with the Dolphins that everyone killed O'Brien for actually had worked out. Watson isn't getting hit as much. Hasn't been sacked they past 3 games.

This is true, but O'Brien should get slapped anytime he calls a designed run play for him. That's just stupid at this point considering how great of a passer he is.

But I get it though...

The thing that separates Watson from the other good passers like Brees, Rodgers etc is he can burn teams with his legs. Its hard for defenses to account for that and adjust. While I agree it is risky as hell, all it takes is getting burned once on the ground and the safeties and LBs have to respect it all game.

I dont think Watson is as good a thrower as Rodgers, brees or Wilson

Rodgers isn't better than Wilson or Watson right now. Rodgers best years are behind him---->still Top 10 for sure but the days of his skillset being clearly above everyone else's, are done...

This could be the beginning if the next Brady/Manning, so I'll keep reverting back to this thread as time goes on...

I'm already convinced and have already been on record on here as saying Watson will ultimately have a better career than Mahomes. I believe this 100% and so long as injuries don't take him out, Watson will wind up as one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game...

Mahomes can get to GOAT tier as well, but right now all I see is a guy who is the latest "it" guy, with the label of "most talented quarterback ever". They said the exact same thing about Marino in the 80s...Favre in the 90s...Manning in the 00s...and Rodgers at the top of this decade...

And to be completely fair to Mahomes, every single one of those guys is considered Top 15 at worst, and for the first three, at the end of their playing careers, they were considered Top 5. Everybody except Marino has a championship, and everybody has at least one MVP---->so my expectation for Mahomes is that he will win the championship at some point; he already has the MVP...

And he likely will win more MVPs than Watson, but Watson will play better in big games, and win more titles, and have the stronger clutch gene. Book it. Watson is gonna be more in line as Brady or Montana---->I'm not predicting 4+ championships, but I am projecting more rings than Mahomes and more success in big stages...

So take this thread to talk all things Mahomes and Watson, and dissect every little thing about both of them. As you'll see in the following videos, we are far from the only medium talking about these two guys that in all probability will carry The League for the next 10-15 years...

Werent the chiefs in the title game like the last team to score a TD against Belichick before this week? Since week 10 of last year only one other team has gone over 20 points against them.

Chiefs are averaging 33 points in prime time games including playoffs(small sample but it’s number 1 all time as of right now) so idk how that narrative has become so prevalent.

I get that people want to provide some balance to the Mahomes hype but don’t be ridiculous in your attempt to do it.
