Watson/Mahomes Mega Thread...

When? The only people saying this were him, Skip Bayless, and other people looking to be "different".

There has not been a time since Mahomes played his first season that this should have even been a debate. There are plenty of QB debates to be had, but I don't see how this ever should have been a debate.

When I said legit, I meant Watson was one of the best QBs in the NFL. Mahomes been either 1 or 1a since his first starting season.

Watson is a good QB, but he's not on Mahommes level, or has at least not played like it.

That's not a knock on him, but Mahommes is a clear tier or two above Watson.

I'm not going to bash Watson because he is a very good QB, but Mahommes is clearly in another tier (at least right now), and if you and others can't see that, I'm not sure what to say..


That is not a slight to Watson at all. That is just how damn good Mahommes is.

Who's denying Reid is better than O'Brian or that Mahomes has better weapons?.

Regardless of that, Mahomes is clearly a better QB. It's not even questionable..

Been conceded this, yall upping a 5-year old thread like Texans Watson wasn't elite. Maybe he was never better than Mahomes but this wasn't a wild assertion when I wrote it in 2019...

The Mikal Bridges take appears to be aging like milk too...

But Harden at peak was a better basketball player than Wade, he just never got to play with the greatest player ever and another Top 10 GOAT to lead him to championships. I stand on that; Wade is higher in the historical hierarchy than Harden because of the rings...

Harden was better at the game of basketball...
