Have the government be your kid's step-daddy because you can't figure out how to stop your kid from watching porn brehs...

kids that do watch porn or nudes , just be getting it from discord anyways.

So basically you commenting on snit you're qualified for. Standard coli shyt. It aint even about children for you. You just don't want a third party to know the type of weird shyt you beat your dikk too. :mjlol:

privacy is the hottest commodity right now. These type of religious zealots ...you give them an inch , and they will take your whole arm away.

Now you wanna roll with the privacy argument. Just admit you're fine with 9 year olds being able to randomly see a woman fukking a dog, or chick gagging on meat until she vomits in a dog bowl. They'll be fine according to you.

why do you believe any third party has the right to know what people are watching? government should enforce the law and ensure that adult websites aren't distributing illegal material. they shouldn't be monitoring what people watch or purchase from that website, thats some stasi shyt.

Why do you feel it's ok for society to allow easy access to material that can cause unfathomable long term damage to a child's psyche. I don't believe a 3rd party should have the right to know what you're watching, but there should absolutely be some type of age verification in place to access adult sites.

All of which can and should be done by the parent. It’s a fools errand to even try and sterilize a child’s curiosity this much anyway. If a kid wants to see people fukkin, they will find a way. Either raise your child like a puritan or Amish, or come to terms with the fact that you’ll be fighting a long war of attrition trying to keep your kid away from sex. I don’t need cac lawmakers telling me how to best protect my child when there are other way more useful societal laws to be governed on

What Is a Red Herring Fallacy? | Definition & Examples

Published on April 5, 2023 by Kassiani Nikolopoulou. Revised on May 1, 2023.

A red herring fallacy is an attempt to redirect a conversation away from its original topic. A red herring is used by introducing an irrelevant piece of information that distracts the reader or listener. This can be intentional or unintentional.

As a result, one can divert others’ attention away from the original discussion topic or avoid answering a difficult question.

I never said what you claimed. :stopitslime:

i have said numerous times it doesn't work and it hasn't worked anywhere in jurisdictions with much more authoritarian control over what the populace has access to online.

And like I said, unless you have kids, you're not qualified to speak on this. You didn't say it, but you damn sure implied it. This aint no red herring.

unless you have a fundamental understanding of how the internet works, you're not qualified to speak on legislation or laws that attempts to regulate it.

Except it's not about the internet. It's about porn. What type of grown man is willing to sacrifice the welfare of society's children, just so he can beat his dikk to animal porn without some foreign entity knowing about it.

by requiring photo ID for access to porn sites, the government is essentially saying that it is okay to monitor and regulate certain types of content in order to protect minors. this creates a slippery slope because it opens the door for the government to potentially monitor and regulate other types of content, such as political content or social media, in order to protect minors or other groups.

people in china can't signup to social media sites without a phone number and all sim cards require photo identification to be able to purchase service.
