When Mike heard Fredo say that, and then after Mo Green got out of pocket, he should've had Corleone goons dog walk Moe Green all up and down the Vegas strip.

Imagine if Sonny would've heard Mo Green was treating his lil bro like a bytch. He would've tore down the casinos and painted Vegas with everyone in Moe Green's family's blood.

The fact that this DIDN'T happen is precisely why Michael was a much better Don than Sonny could ever have been.
