Changed Black culture forever.
Gentrified black culture.
Black liberals acting like white liberals.
Black conservatives identifying more with white conservatives.
Everyone is using the same lingo and talking points.
True melting pot.

Black culture got gentrified back in the late 00s, before IG came out

How does DEI even work there? I mean there are people who literally start at the bottom and will work to get a management position. How is that going to affect folks that work there?

It was a management program that specifically recruited and trained black college graduates to be managers and manage their own stores eventually and beyond.

All people wanted was to get a fair shot. Corps took that and ran with it and once again alienated minorities also undermined their intelligence and aptitude. All these companies will drop their DEI initiatives and that will hurt minorities.

It won’t affect the workers in the stores. It may affect the corporate office people. As for the stores, if you are able to show up on time, have common sense, and speak coherently, you can move up pretty fast in management. Walmart doesn’t attract a lot of high quality employees on the store level, so the few good people can get into management easily. My brother in law became the loss prevention manager in 6 months of working there with no previous experience in loss prevention.

Where's the energy for other racists and genders that helped put Trump back in office.

Cats gotta stop making small segments of people the fall guys while avoiding blame and criticism for everyone else.
Those nikkas won't give them lip because they cut their paycheck.

:dead: I wonder how many of y'all even worked at Walmart before, because the company has always been crooked and racist. From stores to corporate offices.

And @Silver Surfer is right. The writing was on the wall when the media kept comparing the black plight with the gay one. For the life of me, I couldn't get jiggy with the idea that my ethnicity was somehow comparable to someone's choice of sexuality. Seemed like psychological warfare to me.

The FACT they are targeting schools that teach about slavery and racism, or accusing any minority getting a top end job as being a DEI hire tells you the lgbtq issues are not the driving force in this issue.

Thank you for this. Now Wal-Mart better come out and say this just like you did before this affects them. It don’t look good for people on the outside looking at this.

This shouldn't surprise anyone. After the Supreme Court ruling corporate America including universities basically said they did DEI as a social obligation. With that social responsibility gone, they are doing away with it. :manny:Blacks didn't benefit much from DEI but will feel the impact the hardest.

the tri-state
the backlash that was tied to the gay agenda in education and employment impacts Black people the most. The left has to absolutely stop pairing this shyt together going forward. They piggy backed gay shyt next to Black studies in university and it was used to demonize courses with history on racism and race history. It made a lot of brehs lean right and eventually play against themselves because they don't want the gay agenda either but it was tied with the black agenda many times in the present and undoing one does the same to the other. The black lbgtq community tried to double dip using spaces that address systemic racism to represent their other community as well and they got Black people in a worse off place for it.

I reference the Dave Chappelle car ride analogy often as it was a warning to the tranny folks about the effect their push on society would have. We have live this out overall. DEI was largely demonize because of gay shyt even by brehs remember that.

I'm not Maga and I've never been a fan of the lbgtgi agenda either... I'm showing you how the struggle of racism and homophobia were conflated and the results of it. Don't take simple deductions away from this discussion. Going forward any innntiatives for Black people need to be clear and not + and/or POC and Pronouns. It is not of any benefit. The historical systematic oppression Black people faced in America should not have been equated to some men feeling like women fighting for the world to recognize and legitimize their mental illness. Now if you want to reject those people you also reject the legitimate issues Black people have because it's all under the DEI umbrella as one struggle.
