Companies scale back DEI plans after conservative backlash

I work for a fortune 400. Our DEI program is still going strong despite the backlash... for now.

So in other words "backlash" is a good excuse for companies to cease hiring,or firing people they wanted to save money and fire anyway in this economy? But felt they couldnt because of potential backlash

Because according to the Honorable Messenger Tariq Nasheed DEI and affirmative action mostly helps immigrants, homosexuals, and white women.

Yeap, these are not tangibles.

Now illegal immigration reform, that's totally a tangible and not a boogeyman.
