Our ceiling is 43-45 wins and barely getting out of the first round. We got a few young players who are good, but have no business being as high on the ladder as they presently are considering their abilities currently. We won’t see long term success until we knock one out of the park on a top ten pick. Probably need a few of those. Only one way to get them

Depending on the organization some teams tank especially middle or late in the season with guys who are g-league or straight overseas status and don’t try and hide they aren’t trying to win

With how the team is currently build unless we can get teams to take a lot of these contracts we are just going to have to deal with and accept we are an 6-7-8 glass ceiling at best first round exit playoff team.

It sucks but it’s the boat the organization put themselves when they reup Dion and JJ and then spend money on Kelly.

They should of known that was a flash in the pan and not something realistic was going to be the norm going forward.

Pat was a prisoner of the moment saying this team deserves another chances for what because they went on a unbelievable run but they also was before that run happen.

Dion & JJ haven’t done jack shyt since getting there money and slowed down the development of Winslow and Richardson but Spo is always going to lean on vet over young guys.

Plus if we didn’t waste money on those guys we could be a bigger player in the off-season now we have to wait

What happen to Pat foresight he knew when Lebron and company upcoming free agency was coming that he started clearing the deck in advance to have everything in place to make a huge move.

Wade had to suffer for it short term but it worked out in the long run.

Now it’s just bad move after bad move to just be middle of the pack without a real plan

The team has been since like 2015. You've been cheering for a losing team the past few years. The Heat is too good of an organization to be happy to just barely make the playoffs and that's it
