Well first of all it will be renamed "All the shyt (Your broke ass nikka wont do)"
wasn't no "fukk you back to sleep" stop it. jodeci's "freakin you" would stright be "fukkin you" todayLike there wasn't vulgar R&B in the 90s

kellz did it later in his career and had way more versatility, dude had songs running the gamut, these new artists don't....and dropping a curse here and there isn't the same as being purely vulgar they way a lot of r&b artists/singers are nowJodeci and R kelly were cussin
this is a good song. when i heard it, i was like
then the chorus comes on, and he says let me fukk you back to sleep
why not come up with something better? it's just cursing for no reason. Brown has a lot of songs that would be good withoutthat shyt. Same with Bryson Tiller cursing up a storm. Why?
You can blame r Kelly for that
He birthed all theses nikkas style
LOL I'm just imagining a bunch of Freddie Jackson and Luther Vandross tracks talking about beating the p*ssy up..
Hip Hop killed R&B
R&B be sounding like rap nowadays
I've felt that way for awhile...I remember even in the late 90s hearing someone say "Too many R&B singers want to be rappers and vice versa" and feeling it was true.
R&B has been vulgar or more overt sexually for quite some time but I think more so over the last 20 or so years
This is why R&B is getting gentrified right now.
Have the black artists makling strip club anthems and thot jams
Have the white artists making them squeaky clean "real soul" music that goes mainstream and charts on billboard.
Crazy how this came out 14 years ago and applies more than ever now
