He's on point there...most artists, no matter where they come from, seem to agree that Kendrick is the best hip hop ARTIST right now, and that kanye has the catalog to be an all time great. Kanye's catalog is far better than Em's, and I'm saying this as an Eminem fan.

I think he's trippin about Pac though, but there's nothing controversial about this interview, nothing at all.

You should change your AV then, maybe for Drake or Vince staples.

:mjlol:

Can't even trust the nikkas with 2pac AV's on here.

What in the fukk is the world coming to.

Is he wrong? MMLP and the TES are cool albums with good songs but I can literally count on my fingers how many times I've revisited them as an adult. Eminem doesn't have a single album I can listen to for years/decade/etc like true GOAT candidates. I listen to something from Illmatic monthly. I revisit It Was Written all the time. Reasonable Doubt. The Blueprint. Amerikkka's Most Wanted. Supreme Clientele. Doomsday. The Fix. I could go on and on....

Eminem introduced me and a lot of people to horror core type shyt as kids. That shyt was hilarious, I loved trolling pop fans by reminding them Eminem was dissing their favorite artists. But then I realized those pop fans liked Eminem too. There was no real beef, it was all bullshyt. And looking back do I really want to listen to an album full of Backstreet Boys disses in 2017?
:jbhmm:

Do I want to listen to a breh talking about killing his mother while I ride in the whip?
:jbhmm:

In hindsight Em, 50, and other people in that era made POP rap. 50 made gangsta pop rap. Em made horrorcore pop rap. That shyt didn't last. They never evolved as artists. And while Em still sells well thanks to cacs nobody in the rap world gives a fukk unless he got a Rihanna hook.

tbh eminem was my favorite artist, I stopped listening to him when I became an adult.
