Yeah I noticed that a little. Traps aren't a muscle group I'm really working on much... (Ya know, Tryna avoid looking like a linebacker and such) But I suppose some gain in the area is unavoidable. :heh:

135lb girl deadlifting 325? :sadbron::ohhh: I quit. I will probably never lift this much. BRB off to eat cake and be fat. :sadcam:










J/k. I'm not doing shyt today though. I have strict off days. wed,sat,sun, because I find I tend to take a long assed time to recover but yesterday I did shoulders and tri's. Nothing notable, and no weights were upped, but I DID find if I don't look in the mirror, I have a MUCH easier time lifting. Mind over matter type shyt.




I kinda want to switch gyms (Seriously, my gym now only has a smith machine. I can't even. what? :upsetfavre::pacspit:) and get a trainer to work with me on the form of the big three cause the last thing I want is to snap my shyt up..(I don't even DO barbell BP currently, because of the lack of equipment. although I probably could do em on the smith? Obv I wouldn't be hitting the same supporter/stabilizer muscle groups?)

I think I've been looking at things like a sprint instead of like a marathon. Pushing yourself to your limits is all well and good, but if you're not doing it safely/with proper form, you gonn be fukked upppppp.

I am. kinda. for the summer. there was only literally a LB difference between those two pics, but I'm pretty small so changes are really apparent.


Fall and winter though... :eat::takedat:

I'm kinda thinking of just starting a slow bulk now, and saying "fukk it" to looking good/decent this summer.


I was going to maintain/hopefully recomp a bit, for the summer, then start bulking in the fall with the goal of hitting a LEAN 115lbs (After cutting of course)

If I was still losing weight, I would probably just stick to what I'm doing, and just continue lifting/maintaining, but I'm 5'4" 110 lbs. according to the bmi (Which is inaccurate, but whatever) I'm about 2lbs from being underweight, and fairly skinny fat right now.


Keep in mind that women put on muscle a lot harder/slower than men, and I'd be going for a slow/clean bulk.... somewhere around 1/2lb/week

I'm just thinking out loud here, but I figure if I start now I'll be in better shape by next year...and I can deal with being slightly tubbier in the summer I think...
(Considering my definition of slightly tubbier is like...most girls normal size :snoop:...)

P.S. I'm still hitting the gym 4x a week or else, I'm just not posting bout it cause fukk it, I'm lazy. (Well...about as lazy as someone who goes to the gym 4x a week can be I suppose)
