I've literally been out of the gym for a week. (The sprain + cold is fukking my whole world up, I swear, I haven't even been working. :sadbron: at my next paycheque) So this is just a random posting, but anyway, I took back progress pics, and then I saw this chick on tumblr and my whole world ended.
This chick is my new female Zyzz (Inspiration)

(Note, I don't necessarily want to be anywhere near that big, I just appreciate the dedication it took for HER to get that big.)

(I don't even care if it's not natty, it still takes fukking dedication for a chick to reach that level of fitness....we aint built like Y'all!)

I never said that was my goal. I just said that she's inspiring, and I appreciate the work it took for HER to get there.

Ookay back in the action! Chest and back today.

I dunno If I can remember all my weights but lets see...

Db bench press: 15lbsx12, 20lbsx10, 25lbsx8
Flies: 10lbsx12,10,8
One legged pushups: 12-10-8 (I wasn't trying to show off, the pushups just put a lot of strain on my ankle)
The flies, My shoulder popped out yesterday for no good reason, and I didn't wanna snap my shyt up, so I went easy on them.
I was gonna do cable lifts, but there was some big assed dudes using the cables and I'm FAR too shy to walk up and be like "S'cuse me....can I work in..."
I also have/was supposed to do inverted rows that I didn't do because I'm a huge dork.:snoop:
Hyperextensions (BW) 12-10-8
Lat pulldown, 65lbsx12,70x10, 85x4 (Failure)
Machine row: 40X12, 55X10, 65X8
Deadlift 75x12,95x10,115x8
(I was trying not to go too hard cause of my ankle, but that shyt felt fine, and I'm for SURE gonna up my weight on deads next time.)


LOL I feel like I have to justify my super low weight numbers, But keep In mind I'm a 110lb girl Mkay?

Did bi+core today. I don't remember what weights I used, I REALLY should write that shyt down when I'm in the gym because I have the memory of a fukking goldfish.


Btw I love deads (From yesterday). I dropped my bag of spinach in the grocery store, and I SERIOUSLY stood there for like 2 minutes contemplating just leaving it and pretending it wasn't me V.S. bending down and picking it up. The almost full body muscle pain is great. I cant wait to up my weight.

I was gonna say something else, but fukk it, I forgot.:yeshrug:

Mine too. Deads, and squats, and to a lesser extent, leg presses.



(Mainly because they're all workouts where I can move more than like 2 lbs on, and don't have to feel like such a huge sissy.) :sadcam:

Last night was the latest I've EVER worked out. Lmao at being in the gym at 3-4 am. shyt was ridiculous, and I got worn out way too quickly, and skipped like half of my routine, but I couldn't sleep so it's whatever.


I squatted! Low weights, but I did it. My ankle survived to fight another day. (I'm a little under 4 weeks post sprain at this point.)

I also did 130x3 on the leg press (115 for reps is my PR), after my regular sets, just to see if I could.
Going for PR's with a sprain is stupid in hindsight and I should just chill while I'm healing. I didn't snap anything up, and it didn't hurt or anything, but still I shouldn't be fukking around. :sadcam:


Letting my body heal is literally THE hardest thing for me. :pacspit:
